POLK COUNTY — Polk County and community partners are inviting local parents, guardians, and individuals of childbearing age to participate in a brief, anonymous online survey focused on pregnancy, postpartum experiences, and infant health. Their input will be vital to help the County better understand the needs of families in the community.
