William E. Winn, 91 of North St. Paul, Minnesota and Half Moon Lake, Milltown, Wisconsin passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at St. John’s Hospital in Maplewood, Minnesota.  William was born on April 4, 1929 in Decorah, Iowa the son of Earl W. and Corine J. (Sattler) Winn.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to celebrate his memory: wife of 68 years, Katie who he met while serving at Chanute AFB near her home in Westville, IL, 5 children: Mary (Val), Donna, Geri (Tim), Mark (Kelly) and Sue (Rick), 5 grandchildren: Nikki, Lisa, McKenzie, Bryan and Emily and his 5 great grandchildren: Lena, Quincy, Ryder, Naomi and Carsyn and his brother Dick and his wife Marilyn.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic a private family memorial mass will be held at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Balsam Lake.  He will be laid to rest at St. Patrick's Cemetery at a later date.

The Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Centuria has been entrusted with arrangements.
