William Frank Stuttgen Age 75, of Florida, formerly of St. Paul, MN died peacefully on Friday, November 8, 2019 surrounded by his sister and family.

He was born on March 24, 1944 in St. Paul, MN to Frank and Mary (Ness) Stuttgen. He is survived by his sister and family, Katherine (Vlade) Lembovski; 4 nieces, Kristiina, Nicole, Katilyn-Olga Lembovski; and loving friends, John and Sandy Keinsel, Steve Hogan and Tommy Padwaya. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Stuttgen and his partner, Richard Hammond.

Graveside services will be held in the Nora Cemetery in Rice Lake, WI.
