William Patrick Jennings II Age 96, of Rice Lake, WI, formerly of Chetek died Friday, October 18, 2019 at Our House Memory Care in Rice Lake.

He was born on June 13, 1923 in Chicago, Illinois to William and Frances (Mochinski) Jennings. He entered the United States Navy and served in the Korean Conflict and WWII and was Honorably Discharged as a First Class E5. Bill was married to Jane Lampien on May 20, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois. They owned and operated Bob’s Grill in Chetek for over 30 years. He enjoyed airplanes and putting together model airplanes, boating, fishing and being with his family.

He is survived by his 6 children, Greg (Genie) Jennings of Georgia, Ken Abrahamson of St. Petes Beach, Florida, Candace Chaja of Virginia, Cindy (Timothy) Maher of Chetek, Bill Jennings III of Chetek and Tom (Michelle) Jennings of Chetek; 19 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Jennings; his parents, William and Frances Jennings.

Graveside services will be held at on Friday, October 25, 2019 at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI.
