Whitney Lorraine Davis, age 31, of Eau Claire, formerly of Barron, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019 in Eau Claire.

Whitney was born May 5, 1987, the daughter of Ronney and Wendy (Davis) Davis.  She grew up in Barron and graduated from Barron High School.  She later moved to Florida for a short time before coming back to Barron.  She attended WITC for a Medical Administrative Specialist. 

She enjoyed music and drawing.  She also liked playing hockey and watching her son play hockey.  She liked to float down the river and fishing during the summer, she also enjoyed helping people. 

Whitney is survived by her son, Abdi Rasheed Ahmed of Barron; mother, Wendy (John Akim) Davis of Barron; father, Ronney (Susan) Davis of Rice Lake; brother, Trevor (Vienea Lebar) Davis of Weyerhauser, half-brother, Douglas Schleiss of LaCrosse; and maternal grandmother, Lorraine Davis of Barron. 

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Irene & Patrick Olson and maternal grandpa, Bud Davis. 

A visitation for Whitney Davis will be held Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. at Rausch and Steel Funeral Home in Barron.
