Wayne M. Hagen, 86, of Cumberland died, June 5, 2023, at Cumberland Healthcare.

He was born July 24, 1936, in Cumberland, WI to Myron and Martha (Schwederske) Hagen.

Wayne began working as a milk hauler and later worked for Yellow River Supply for 35 years before retiring.

He was married in Eau Claire, WI on May 21, 1957, to the love of his life, Fern Carlson and they shared 66 wonderful years together.

Wayne was huge fan of the Green Bay Packers, Brewers, and Chevy Trucks. Most of all, Wayne loved and cherished his family above all else. He took great pride in being a father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

He is survived by his loving wife, Fern; son, Dale (Debbie) Hagen; daughters: Dawn (Joe) Meyers and Darcy (Lee) Winter; grandchildren: Wayne Hagen, Nicholas (Kayla) Hagen, Brock Winter, and Brynn Winter; great grandchildren: Chaz, Mason, Mya, Colin, and Chance Hagen; nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends. Wayne was preceded in death by his son, Dean Hagen; parents; step-father, Ted Jarchow; brothers: Clarence, Allen, Donald Hagen; and sister, Bonnie Peterson.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday, June 9, 2023, at St Paul Lutheran Church, Cumberland, WI with Pastor John Miels officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Turtle Lake. Visitation will be from 9:30-11 AM.
