Vivian Elizabeth (Lester) King was born May 30th, 1929 in Harvard IL. Her family moved her to Stone Lake Township. Vivian lived in the Springbrook area for most of her life. In her younger years Vivian worked at resorts in the Hayward area and later worked as a waitress in restaurants in Spooner for several years, as well as at Hardee’s when they were located in Spooner. Vivian sold Tupperware and Mary Kay Cosmetics for a while. Vivian worked at the wreath factory in Hayward for a few seasons and later with her daughter Beverly’s business for a few years. Vivian was also a foster mother to several children.

Vivian loved gardening, knitting and crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandson.

Vivian is survived by her daughters: Beverly Hendricks and Kimberly (Wayne) Walker; grandchildren, Richard Jr, Scott (Dawn)Hendricks; Kandace (Jeremy) Fleischhacker, Crystal Miller, April (Ben) Teske; Michael, Craig (Jessica), Justin (Kendra) King; great-grandchildren, Ashlee (Bradley) Frost, Scott (Gire) Hendricks, Mysti (Joe Slater) Hendricks; Kyrsten Allison, Ellie, Cassidy, Evan and Avery Fleischhacker; Dominic and Jaden Miller; Autumn Teske; Aidan and Payton King; Grace, Landon, Addison and Bryson King; Kalli King; and great-great-grandson, Daylon Frost. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Vivian is preceded in death by her parents John and Elverta (Clyde) Lester, sister Vaira Whittanen, brother Norman Lester, infant sister Betty Jean; Son, Dennis King, Son-in-law Richard Hendricks, Granddaughter Amber Walker.

Cremation services have been accorded, and burial will be in the spring at Earl Cemetery.
