Troy Lee Dieterman, 53, of Sarona, WI, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on January 14, 2024 in Rice Lake, WI .

He was born in Belvidere, IL on September 3, 1970 to Pauline Matt and Ken Dieterman.

Troy graduated from North Boone High School in 1988. He entered the Navy in 1988 and thrived as a Seabee traveling the world until he came home and won numerous awards as a recruiter in Rockford IL. He was honorably discharged in 1998 as a Builder Second Class.

Troy was preceded in death by his father, Ken Dieterman, of Belvidere, IL; grandparents, Bob and Eleanor Pease, of Sarona, WI, George and Vivian Dieterman, of Belvidere, IL. Troy is survived by his mother and step father, Pauline and Larry Matt, of Sarona, WI; sister, Heidi Matt (Ralph), of Stone Lake, WI; children, Blake Dieterman (Kayla), of Belvidere, IL, and Holly Dieterman (Bryce), of Rockford, IL; and their mother, Paula Stewart, of Rockton, IL; grandchildren, Lily Frisella and Liam Dieterman; Significant other, Lisa Moravec, of Sarona, WI; his dog, Gretta.

Per Troy's wishes a funeral service will not be held, but a celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Troy will be dearly missed by his family and friends, but he will live on by those who knew him.
