Troy Allen Holder, age 59, of Rice Lake, WI, died Tuesday, December 24, 2024 in Marshfield, WI.

He was born on April 7, 1965 in Rice Lake to Charles and Shirley (Erickson) Holder. Troy graduated from Rice Lake High School in 1983 and then entered the United States Army and was later Honorably Discharged as a E6 serving our country for 8 years and was very proud that he served our country. He was married to Denise Featherly on November 10, 2001 in Cameron, WI. Troy was in the construction industry for many years and drew the blue prints to his own home. Troy was a jack of all trades and a master of none. He loved and was dedicated to ice racing, and was past director of the Rice Lake Speedway. He enjoyed riding motorcycle, golfing, bowling, playing pool and most important was his family.

He is survived by his wife, Denise Holder; 6 children, Jesse Featherly, Shawn (Heather) Holder, Anthony (Madison) Kreier, Chase (Sarah) Kreier, Hunter Holder and Jett Holder; 11 grandchildren, Alex, Hailey, Madelyn, Brooks, Granger, Abraham, Cinderella, Benjamin, Jason, Maurice and PearlViolet; his father, Charles Holder; his mother, Shirley (Tracy) Eytcheson; a sister, Amanda Holder; 3 nephews and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Brooke Holder Funeral Services will be held at 6:30PM Sunday, December 29, 2024 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, Rev. John Terpstra officiating, with interment in the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be held from 4-6:30PM Sunday at Appleyard’ Home for Funerals. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
