Tracy Carol Walczak Age 62, of Barron, WI, died Friday August 11, 2023 at her home.

She was born on December 18, 1960 in Rice Lake to Homer and Marian (Noha) Hover.

Tracy graduated from Cameron High School in 1979. She was married to Kim Walczak on May 14, 1999 in Barron, WI. Tracy worked various jobs during her life. Tracy enjoyed going walking on Lake Superior, glamping with her sisters, reading mystery books, gardening, flowers, birds, cats and her dog, Cooper.

She is survived by her husband, Kim Walczak; 2 sons, Ian Buchli and Alexander Buchli; 2 grandchildren, Allysandra and Leo; 4 sisters, Charlotte (Charles) Tubbs, Sandy Scheall, Lynn (Richard) Kunesh and Patti (Steven) Becker; a brother, Homer Jr. “Bud” (Judy) Hover; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Marian Hover; a brother-in-law, Andy Scheall.

A private family service will be held. Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake is assisting the family with the arrangements.
