Terry Kopp, age 81, a resident of Minong, died at his home on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

Terence W. Kopp was born on November 20, 1942, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to parents Harold and Pauline (Seifo) Kopp. After high school, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps until his discharge in 1963. Terry was an over-the-road truck driver for most of his working years and was a member of the Teamsters Union. In 2000, he moved to Dairyland, Wisconsin, and then to Minong in 2023. Terry absolutely loved fishing and his dog Samantha and also enjoyed hunting and just being in the outdoors.

Terry is survived by his son Brett and brother Dennis of Milwaukee. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Anthony, and brother Lawrence.

A celebration of Terry’s life will be held on Thursday, November 14, at 11:00 a.m., at the Calvary Lutheran Church in Minong with a visitation at the Church from 10:00-11:00 a.m. A light reception will follow at the church. A private interment will take place at the Greenwood Cemetery in Minong at a later time.
