In Memory of Susan E. Ott

October 26, 1941 - October 24, 2022

Susan Elizabeth Ott, age 80, of Luck WI passed away peacefully Monday October 24, 2022, surrounded by her family.

Susan was born October 26, 1941, to John H and Eunice E (Walsten) Ott in Cushing, Wisconsin.

Susan spent her life on the family farm where she enjoyed all the animals and helping to care for them. She had a favorite red Holstein cow that she rode instead of a horse. There was always a special place in her heart for kittens and the baby animals. Susan graduated from Luck High school in 1959. After high school, Susan suffered from a severe brain tumor. After surgery for that tumor, she endured many hardships and challenges throughout her life. All of which she endured with a smile. Susan spent her last few years at the United Pioneer home in Luck. She was loved by many and enjoyed the activities and company there.

Susan enjoyed many opportunities to travel with her family and relatives. It may have been a week spent with cousins exploring Crystal caves, bus trip to Kentucky, county fairs and parks, or fishing to Canada, although she refused to eat fish. Susan could almost always be found looking for that perfect rock or agate. Locating one would make her giddy. Susan was a very active member of the Indianhead Rock Club for many years. She not only enjoyed the rock shows and activities, but also the many friendships she made there. Susan was also a member of the Atlas United Methodist church which she attended throughout her life. Susan loved spending time with her family and friends whenever possible

Susan had a huge heart and kind soul and will be missed by many.
