Steve “Otto” “Allen” “Spud” Allen Williams Age 69, of Rice Lake, WI died Saturday February 2, 2019 at his home. He was born on November 11, 1949 in Rice Lake to Alfred and Dora (Reichert) Williams.

He attended Rice Lake School District and worked for the City of Rice Lake for over 30 years. He enjoyed riding his bike around town, watching and looking at construction sites, watching all sports and picked up litter at the ball fields.

He is survived by 3 brothers, Robert (Dorothy) Williams of Rice Lake, Terry (Judy) Williams of Rice Lake and DeWayne (Kim) Williams of Rice Lake; 3 sisters, Shelby Matton of Rice Lake, Dawn (Brian) Johnson of Chippewa Falls, WI and Kathy Toufar of Cameron; many nephews and nieces and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Dora Williams; a brother, Raymond Williams and a sister, Bonnie Rae.

Visitation will be held from 11AM-1PM Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, with interment in the Orchard Beach Cemetery in Rice Lake.
