Shirley Marie Armstrong, 82, of Hudson, Wisconsin, passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Kinnic Health and Rehab in River Falls, Wisconsin.

Shirely Bearrood was born on October 4, 1940, in Amery, Wisconsin the daughter of  Stella Dortha Marie (Jensen) and Alf Bearrood.

Shirley leaves to celebrate her memory, her sons, Tad Armstrong and Timothy Armstrong, grandchildren, Ethan, Eric, Caleb, and Matthew Armstrong, brother, Sheldon Bearrood, sister, Sharlene (David) Guggemos, nieces, Janet (Chris) Garza and Susie (Jacob) Price, nephews, Doug (Teresa) Bearrood and Rob (Cathleen) Bearrood and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Stella and Alf, and her sister-in-law, Anina Bearrood.

A Celebration of Life ~ Funeral Service will be held at The Hudson Ward of the Church of Ladder Day Saints, 545 Stageline Road, Hudson, WI 54016 on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. Visitation will be held at the church beginning at 11:00 A.M. until the time of service. Fellowship and a meal will be held at the church following the service.

Shirley will be laid to rest at the Bone Lake Cemetery in the spring. Casket-Bearers will be Paul Jensen, Philip Jensen, Bill Jensen, LeRoy Jensen, Carl Williamson, and Raymond Williamson.

The Kolstad Family Funeral Home of Centuria, Wisconsin has been entrusted with Shirley’s funeral arrangements.
