In Memory of Sharon Stewart

January 12, 1935 - January 25, 2021

Sharon Ruth Stewart, 86 years old, of Siren, WI, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2021 from cancer.

Sharon was born on January 12, 1935, to Ruth and Elwood Doran, in the city of Webster, WI. After graduating from Siren High School in 1953, she went on to study at the Minnesota School of Business. After graduation she landed a job with Norwest Orient in travel, where she thoroughly enjoyed the benefit of travelling standby.

She met the love of her life, Dair Stewart, in high school, and they wed in 1956, going on to have two children, Kelly and Lane.

Before Sharon and Dair retired together in 1985, they were local business owners of Dair’s TV Repair, Airport Lanes, Dair Stewart Sporting Goods, and Dair’s Bait and Bottle. She was a founding member and secretary for many years of the Lake Country Riders Snowmobile Club.

While retired she enjoyed canning the bounty of her husband’s garden, hosting and attending garage sales, growing and selling houseplants, doing puzzles, and nothing got in the way of her Tuesday card game with her best friends.

Sharon was predeceased by her parents. She is survived by husband Dair; children Kelly (Frank) Mazzuca and Lane (Jean) Stewart; grandchildren Joe, Angie, Tyler (Rachel), and Tanner; and great grandchild Callum.

Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home Webster, Wisconsin.
