Royce Orville Ostenson, 78, died on January 13, 2025, at Vitacare Living. He was born January 13, 1947, in Amery, WI to Orville and Evelyn (Ahlgren) Ostenson.

Royce enjoyed admiring old cars, going fishing, and the occasional trip to the casino. He worked with the Clayton Police force for 3 years. Royce enjoyed working as an insurance agent because it gave him the opportunity to talk with many people.

He is survived by his son, Ryan (Jodie) Ostenson of Turtle Lake; daughters: Wendy (Jeff) Markgren of Almena, and Sarah (Jeremy) Baldwin of Eau Claire; granddaughters: Tabitha, Amara, Kylie, and Tina; grandsons: Nick, Carter, and Chris; great granddaughter, Audrina; brother, Randy (Loris) Ostenson; sisters, Betty Larson and Kathy Mortel; nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Royce was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held from 4-7 PM Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Skinner Funeral Home in Turtle Lake.
