Rosette Delores Palmer, 88, of Balsam Lake, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at St. Croix Health and Hospital in St. Croix Falls, WI.

Rosette Coen was born on February 20, 1934, in Polk County, Wisconsin the daughter of Charles and Louise (Stromski) Coen.

She leaves to celebrate her memory, her children, Lonny (Constance) Palmer, Scott (Robin) Palmer, Rebecca Palmer, Barry (Lori) Palmer and Brenda (Greg) Lindusky, 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, siblings, Phillip (Delita) Kohen and Carol Pomerleau.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Louise and her husband Gordon in 2019.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Apple River Community Church, Amery with Pastor Justin Hosking officiating on Saturday, December 17th at 1:30 PM with a visitation one hour prior. She will be laid to rest at the Balsam Lake Cemetery.
