Rosalie Deanna Harwood, age 82 passed away Thursday, September 7, 2023 at M Health St. John’s Hospital, Maplewood, Minnesota.

Rosalie was born on May 27, 1941 to Rush and Bernice (Connor) Gardner in Siren, Wisconsin. She traveled the world with her husband as he worked in construction.

Rosalie enjoyed painting, quilting, flower gardening, reading, hunting, fishing, archery and golf. She was an extremely talented, outgoing, adventurous lady. She especially loved the time spent with her daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by many.

Rosalie is survived by her daughter, Jordan Carr (Kyle Nelson); grandchildren, Jason (Chera) Young and Leasa (Thomas) Harris; great-grandchildren, Michael Foulk and Serin Foulk; sisters, Harriet Storey and BeaEllen Williams, many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Rosalie is preceded in death by her parents, Rush and Bernice Gardner; husband, James Harwood, siblings, June D., Bernard D and Crystal Irons; nephews Randy and Tony Irons.

Celebration of life will be held at a future date with immediate family only per Rosalie’s request.
