Robert Thomas Klinger Jr., age 72, of Trego, Wisconsin, passed away at his home peacefully with his family by his side on January 13, 2022.

Bob was born September 1, 1949, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the son of Robert Klinger Sr. and Edna (Arnston) Klinger.

He attended Minneapolis public schools and then enlisted in the Army. His tours of duty took him to the Vietnam War where he was wounded and retired from the Army. Bob was very proud to have served his country. After returning home he attended the University of Arizona where he studied Architectural Design.

Bob enjoyed hunting, fly fishing, and wood working and the beautiful pieces he made were admired by family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara, and family, Gretchen (Cory) Gerovac, Riley and Lauren. Tom Gerovac, Halie and Kelsie.

A graveside service was held for Bob on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, with military honors.
