November 12, 1939  -  July 13, 2018

Richard "Dick" Marlin Barrick, age 78, of Spooner, WI passed away at Maple Ridge Care Center on July 13, 2018.

Dick was born to the late Romey O. and Viola Mae (Scott) Barrick on November 12, 1939 in Martinsville, Indiana.  Dick was a 1958 graduate of Martinsville High School.  He served his country in the United States Air Force from 1958 to 1963.  He was an aircraft mechanic on the flight line in the US and Canada.

Dick is survived by his wife Rozanne M. (Stanislawski) Barrick whom he married on October 12, 1974; his son Christopher Barrick of Austin, TX; his daughter Lisa Barrick of Manchaca, TX;  his daughter Lora Barrick (Ramirez) and husband Danny of Manchaca, TX; Paula Swirtz (James) of  Burnsville, MN, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Stacia, Haley, Brenna, Martin, Jaden, Aiden, Christina and Rebecca.   

Dick was preceded in death by his parents, Romey O. and Viola Mae Barrick; siblings James J. Barrick, Romey O. Barrick Jr., Freddy Barrick, Russell H. Barrick, Robert Barrick, and Rosemary Stone; his daughter Cheryl; and two grandchildren Jacey and Billy Ray, and 1 great grandchild Kadence.

Services will be held at noon on Tuesday July 17, 2018 at the Spooner Funeral Home followed by committal at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 11-noon at the Funeral Home. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorials be directed to the Regional Hospice Services at 819 Ash St., Spooner, WI 54801 or the St. Francis de Sales Catholic School at 300 Oak Street, Spooner, WI 54801.
