Phyllis Alma Scribner, age 84, of the town of Chicog, passed away on July 20, 2019 at St. Mary's Essentia Health in Duluth, MN.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 16, 2019 at Calvary Lutheran Church in Minong, WI.  Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the church.
