Phillip Joel Subrt Age 41, of Cumberland, WI, died Thursday, September 15, 2022 in Birchwood, WI.

He was born on November 30, 1980 in Rice Lake to Don and Mary (Widiker) Subrt.

Phillip graduated from Birchwood High School in 1999 and then graduated from St. Cloud University in St. Cloud, MN with a major in History and minor in Political Science. Phillip was married to Amy Faschingbauer on August 7, 2009 in Birchwood. He was a delivery technician for Apria Health Care. He was an avid fisherman and loved to hunt, listen to music and enjoyed camping with his family.

He is survived by wife, Amy Subrt; 2 daughters, Maya and Kaylin; his father, Don Subrt; many uncles, aunts, cousins and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Subrt.

Funeral Services will be held at 2PM Monday, September 26, 2022 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, John Brunclik officiating, with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery in Birchwood. Visitation will be held from 10AM-2PM Monday, September 26.

A celebration of his life will be held at Mary’s Bluegill Bar and Grill in Birchwood from 4-7PM Monday, September 26.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
