Patricia Karen Nielsen, age 60, of Milltown, Wisconsin, passed away Sunday, Dec. 4th, 2022 at St. Croix Regional Medical Center in St. Croix Falls Wisconsin.

Patricia was born on Feb. 15, 1962 to Clarence and Shirley Bernardson in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

She graduated from Grand Rapids High School in 1980. Patricia married Wayne Nielsen on September 30, 2000 in New Brighton, Minnesota. She worked 13 years at the Walmart in St. Croix Falls.

Patricia was a devoted wife and was always the happiest when she and her husband were together. She enjoyed swimming, canoeing, and fishing. She was a loving person and a foster mom to five kids.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Wayne; stepdaughter, Kerri; granddaughter, Jen; sister, Sandy Engstrand; and brothers: John, Wayne, David, and Bob Bernardson. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A gathering will take place on Monday, Dec. 12, from 4-6 pm at the Rowe Funeral Home in Luck, Wisconsin.

Arrangements are entrusted to Rowe Funeral Home in Luck and the Northwest Wisconsin Cremation Center in Milltown.
