October 28, 1941  -  August 11, 2018 

Patricia Ann Chartier, 76, of Sarona passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 11th, 2018 after attending a killer afternoon party of live music, food and wine. Her favorite things.

Pat was born in Eveleth, Minnesota, on October 28th, 1941 at the local hospital, the first of her siblings not to be born at home. She moved to the Detroit, Michigan area at a young age, a lot of really great life experiences happened, and graduated high school. She met Daniel Chartier through Luther League and they were ultimately married on August 24th 1963.  Pat and Dan subsequently moved to Petoskey Michigan, Plymouth Minnesota and finally to Sarona Wisconsin in 2006 for their retirement.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, George and Evelyn Aho; husband, Daniel Chartier; son Daniel Chartier Jr. and brother Roy Aho.

Pat is survived by her son, Jeffrey Chartier of Sarona Wisconsin, sister Mardy Smith of Dexter Michigan, grandchildren Britany Turinske, Tyler Turinske, Stephanie Chartier, Boston Chartier and great grandchild Ayla Turinske.

A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, August 20th at 2 pm at The Roost of Sarona at W3747 County Hwy B, Sarona WI 54870.  A celebration of her life “in Nana-style” will follow until 6 pm.
