Neil Schieffer Age 50, of Rice Lake, WI, died Thursday, May 26, 2022 in Rice Lake.

He was born on August 13, 1971 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Marvin and Patricia (Wiesner) Schieffer.

Neil graduated from Rice Lake High School in 1990 and was married to Tasha Hefty on March 16, 2013. Neil worked a variety of different careers over the years but for the last 18 years he was a driver with Todd’s Redi Mix. Neil enjoyed riding UTV, working on his car or anything mechanical, yard work and gardening. He was always there for someone that needed him and loved spending time with his friends and family.

He is survived by his wife, Tasha Schieffer; 2 sons, Kolten and Kaden Schieffer; his mom, Patricia Schieffer; 4 brothers, Scott, Paul, Brian and John Schieffer; sister, Eileen (Don) Urness; nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Schieffer; a sister, Susan Bastian.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM Thursday, June 2, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rice Lake, Father Ed Anderson officiating, with interment in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Dobie, WI, with a celebration of his life to continue afterwards. Visitation will be held from 4-7PM Wednesday at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake and for one hour prior to the Funeral Service at the Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated.
