Nancy Jean Lindfors, 62, of Cumberland, WI passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 at her home.

She was born July 28, 1958 in Seattle, Washington to Peter and Leila Anderson (Herbaugh). They moved to Hudson, WI when Nancy was in the 6th grade where they lived briefly until moving to Cumberland, WI where she later graduated in 1976. Nancy was married on October 6, 1984 to Robert (Bob) Lindfors. They lived in Eau Claire, WI until Bob’s passing in 1993. Nancy returned to the Cumberland area to be near family while she raised her children. Some of her favorite past times included painting, crocheting, crossword puzzles, baking and of course her grandchildren.

She is survived by her four children: Shasta Antonetti of St. Paul, MN, Serena (Dustin) Fankhauser of Shell Lake, WI, Sara Lindfors of Rice Lake, WI, and Rob Lindfors of Cumberland, WI; five grandchildren (Dyllan, Hannah, Abigail, Jada and Bryant); sisters, Vicki Antonetti and Pam Breeden both of Cumberland; brother, Bill Anderson of Lacey, WA; special friend David Antonetti; and many nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lindfors; father, Peter Anderson; mother, Leila Shaffer; stepfather, Victor Shaffer; sister, Kathy Shaffer; stepbrother, Dan Shaffer; and friend, Jerome Schleiss. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 2-6 p.m. at the Hammer Bar in Cumberland.
