Michael R. Young, age 65, a resident of Webster passed away unexpectedly on July 20, 2020.

Michael was born in Minneapolis, MN to parents, Wilbert and Elsie Young on April 10, 1955.

Michael spent his life on the road, driving truck from 1979 until 2018. On February 24, 1984, he and Mary were united in marriage in Versailles, Missouri.

He just retired in 2019 hoping to enjoy his time with family, friends and the things he enjoyed. Michael was easy going and was known to go with the flow. His easy going ways were the perfect recipe for time spent fishing, gardening and watching the birds. On Sundays you would find him in front of a tv watching Nascar.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Jim and Roger.

He will be missed by his wife, Mary; son, Mike “Boots” Young (Gabby Marazzo); daughter, Jennifer (John) Hobbs; grandsons, Abel and Asher; brothers, Rick Young and Al (Cora) Young; sister, Mavis Mulcrone; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 1-4 PM at the Young Residence, 9421 Perida Road, Webster, WI 54893.

Arrangements were entrusted to Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home, Webster.
