In Memory of Michael W. Moos
Michael William Moos, age 86, passed away on December 27, 2024, in Luck, Wisconsin.
Michael was born to Leo and Margaret Moos on October 16, 1938, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Michael was a true outdoorsman, with a deep love for nature and all the adventures it had to offer. Whether it was hunting in the woods, fishing by the lake, or archery, he found peace and joy in the great outdoors. Camping was another passion, creating lasting memories around the campfire. In addition to his love for nature, Michael was a talented woodworker, a craft he truly enjoyed.
Above all, Michael cherished time with his family. He loved nothing more than gathering with loved ones, especially around the table for a good game of cards. A gifted storyteller, Michael had a way of bringing his experiences to life with vivid details and a great sense of humor. His stories were legendary, and everyone loved to listen to them. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his stories will live on in the hearts of his family forever.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Margaret Moos, brothers, Lawrence, Albert, and Richard, and nephew and good fishing buddy, John Moos.
Michael is survived by, his children, Marie (Duane) McKinney, Leo (Deb) Moos, Helen (Tom) Moos, Pauline Miller, and Margritte Greenwood, grandchildren, Cecilia, Candys, Charity, Joseph, Asia, Henry, Michael, Leo, Noah, Jeffrey, Shae, Nicole, Joshua, Nathan, and Alaura, and great-grandchildren, Michaela, Natalie, Blake, Raelene, Carissa, Keaton, Kylee, Carson, Dakota, Daleya, Jackson, Marissa, Levi, Lyman, Kinsley, two soon to be born twins, River, Owen, Nova, Bohdi, Colton, Brody, Aurora, Cinderella, Darren, Brooklyn, Caleb, Obie, Jace, Solomon, and Elyse, as well as many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
