Michael D Kodesh, 62, of Rice Lake died Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at Harmonie Home.

He was born May 11, 1961, in Rice Lake, WI Joseph and Laura (Van Helden) Kodesh.

Mike was a loving brother, uncle, Godfather, and dear friend. He always had a smile on his face and an infectious personality. He was active with the Special Olympics. Mike LOVED music! He enjoyed traveling, bowling, fishing, and making new friends. Mike’s personality and smile will be deeply missed. He was a blessing to his family.

He is survived by his siblings: Mary Ann (Roger) Hendrickson, Donald (Evelyn) Kodesh, Jack (Betty) Kodesh, Vern (Jean) Kodesh, Jim (Judy) Kodesh, Tom (Karen) Kodesh, Frank (Sandy) Kodesh, Pat Paul, Rose (John) Letender, Sharon (Greg) Bilyeu, Sue (Jim) Sirinek; brother-in-law, Jerry Greisen; many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Laura Kodesh; siblings: Bernard Kodesh, Joe Kodesh, Rita Greisen; and brother-in-law, John Paul.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to the Special Olympics.

A private family service will be held in May.
