Mary Ann Torkelson, age 73, of Minong, WI passed away peacefully at home with her husband on November 16, 2023.

She was born on August 17, 1950 in St. Paul, MN, the daughter of Wilfred H. Lyons Jr. and Rose Marie (Auth) Lyons.

She was united in marriage to Allen LaRoy Torkelson on August 11, 1972 in Hammond, WI.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Allen of Minong, WI; her children, Katie (Ignacio) Ochoa of San Antonio, TX and Jason Spicer of Maryland; two grandchildren, Emma and Cole; her siblings, Michael J. (Toi) Lyons, Donald L. (Chi) Wittmann and Kristine Rude-Spicer; and nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents.

She will be laid to rest in Maxville Cemetery near Durand, WI.
