In Memory of Lucy Pooler
Lucy Jane Pooler, age 67, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 surrounded by her family at her residence in Lake Nebagamon. Lucy was born She was united in marriage to Dean Allen Pooler on November 9, 1970.
Lucy was no stranger to hard work. She diligently tended to her flower and vegetable gardens and enjoyed harvesting and canning. She loved spending time in the woods, taking walks, cutting firewood and harvesting boughs to make wreaths. She was very crafty, and enjoyed sewing, crocheting and making homemade soaps. Most of all, Lucy was dedicated to her family. She provided a loving home for her husband, five children and adored her grandchildren.
Lucy is survived by her children Michael (Debbie) Pooler of Poplar, WI, Connie Hardee of Bennet, WI, Matthew (Robin) Pooler of Lake Nebagamon, WI, William (Rici) Pooler of Lake Nebagamon, WI and Marissa Pooler (Josh Balde) of Lake Nebagamon, WI; sixteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; her siblings, Wesley Woodhull of Peachtree, GA, Michael (Debbie) Woodhull of Poplar, WI, Patty (Bear) Moreland of Lake Nebagamon, WI, Yvonne (David) Pooler of Lake Nebagamon, WI, Janice Woodhull of Boyd, WI, Jackie Sheridan of St. Petersburg, FL and Wendy (Joe) Hunt of Gina, FL; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
She is proceeded in death by his parents; her beloved husband, Dean; her son-in-law, Clay Hardee; her grandson, Mikey Pooler; her granddaughter, Angel Pooler; her brother, Clayton Woodhull; and her brother-in-law, Jim Sheridan.
A private committal service will be held at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, WI.
