Lorraine Louise Richter, 81, of Rice Lake died Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Heritage Lakeside. She was born November 22, 1937 in Almena to William and Ceilia (Eischen) Marshall. She married Louis Richter and they raised their family on a dairy farm near Rice Lake. Lorraine enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts, sewing, country western music, polka dancing and playing cards.

She is survived by her children: Linda (Alan) Burmester of Rice Lake, Mary "Cookie" (Terry) Samens of Chetek, Eugene "Punky" Richter of Muskegon, MI and Anthony "Tony" (Loni) Richter of Rice Lake; grandchildren: Benjamin (Katie) Burmester, Andrew Burmester, Bobbi Jo (Joe) Hubbell and Katie Jo (Dusty) Danielson; 5 great granchildren; siblings: Lucille Jacobson, John Marshall, Darlene (Rod) Peterson, Sonja Holmstrom and Marvin (Linda) Holmstrom; her special friend, Donald Wiesner; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by former husband, Louis Richter; siblings: Richard, Charles, LeRoy, Delores, Lena, Larry and Betty.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 PM Friday, September 27, 2019 at Skinner Funeral Home in Rice Lake with Deacon Dennis Geisler officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 PM on Friday at the Skinner Funeral Home in Rice Lake.
