Lloyd Milton Mark, age 76, of Barron, WI passed away Monday, July 24th, 2023 at Our House Memory Care in Rice Lake, WI.

Lloyd was born October 21st, 1947 in Joliet, IL, the son of Clinton and Ellen (Aggen) Mark.

Lloyd graduated from Peotone High School in 1966. In March of 1967, he joined the United States Air Force leaving his family to fight in Vietnam, honorably leaving the service in January of 1971 as a Sergeant Air Policeman. Returning home from the service, Lloyd joined his dad on the family farm. Lloyd found his passion working on his family's dairy farm in Illinois and later in New Auburn, WI. Lloyd married Darcia Swanson in 1982, gaining an instant family with Cary, Amy and Johnathan. Ronald joined a few years later, and his family was complete. Lloyd worked for numerous farmers during his life, as well as Select Sires, retiring from working in 2020. In his free time, Lloyd enjoyed gardening, canning, puzzles and quilting. He had a hard time sitting still and always had a project to keep him busy.

Lloyd leaves to celebrate his memory, his children: Cary Liu of Tucson, AZ, Amy (Ben) Howen of New Auburn, WI, Johnathan Mark of Maple Grove, MN & Ronald Mark of New Auburn, WI, siblings: Carolyn (Randy) Michaelis of LaCrescent, MN, Duane Mark of Two Rivers, WI & Corinne (Dan) Hassemer of Chetek, WI, uncle: Leroy Aggen of Azusa, CA, grandchildren: Jessica, Bryton, Natalia, Amber, Ervin, Elle, Ashlynn, Rylynd, Mera & Dakota.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents: Clinton and Ellen Mark, brother: Vernon Patz & sister-in-law: Marion Patz.

The funeral service for Lloyd will be held on Saturday, July 29th at Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Home in Cameron at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. He will be laid to rest with Military Honors at the Lakeview Cemetery in Chetek following the service. Pallbearers will be Johnathan Mark, Ben Howen, Jamie Hassemer, Ervin Kraft IV, Jeff Lien & Corey Ringer.

The Rausch-Lundeen Funeral Home of Cameron has been entrusted with arrangements.
