Kenneth Michael Sinclair, age 67, of Rice Lake, WI passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the Mayo Health System, Northland.

He was born July 21, 1952 to Laquita and Herbert Sinclair in Lynwood, CA.  After graduation, he served in the US Air Force for 4 years from 1975-1979, as a Fire Protection Specialist. 

He is survived by his wife, Kim Shipley-Sinclair; 3 daughters, Kenya, Richelle and Malia; his mother, Laquita Sinclair; brother, Wayne Sinclair; and sisters, Alona Beneda and Sheila Westlake.

A celebration of life for Kenneth Sinclair will be at a later date with burial at the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner, Wisconsin.
