Keith Emmons Age 86, of Birchwood, WI, died Sunday, January 28, 2024 in Eau Claire, WI.

He was born on October 25, 1937 in Bloomfield, Nebraska to Clarence and Eva (Johnson) Emmons.

Keith graduated from Bloomfield High School and then attended Technical College in Electrical Engineering. He worked for Boeing in Seattle and then transferred to Chicago, Illinois and worked for Ampex and met Arline, his future wife. Keith was married to Arline Uffmann in December 1965 in Affton, Missouri. They moved to Edina, MN and then Burnsville and they owned and operated Emmons Associates Inc. for many years. He loved woodworking, camping, listening to big band music, growing tomatoes and roses, boating and enjoying Red Cedar Lake. Keith was known for his kindness and his beautiful smile.

He is survived by his loving wife, Arline Emmons; 2 daughters, Shannon (Steve) Dahnke and Kelly Emmons (Chad Schwab); 2 grandchildren, Erin and Lauren Gustafson; a brother, Jim (Julie) Emmons; sister-in-law, Shirley Emmons; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Eva Emmons; and a brother, Perry Emmons.

Funeral Services will be held at 2PM Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI. Visitation will be held from Noon-2PM Sunday, February 11 at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Birchwood Food Pantry.
