Kathleen “Kat” Ann Stokes Age 56, of Rice Lake, WI passed away Monday, November 4, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a battle with cancer.

She was born on June 10, 1963 in Cumberland, WI to Walter and Marie (Rust) Hogan. Kat was a much loved mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She was a fun-loving, free-spirited person who truly enjoyed being the life of the party. She enjoyed being outdoors, working in the garden, playing on her iPad, 4wheeling and working on puzzles. Kat was a very social person, cared for people she loved and brought out the best in people.

She is survived by her fiancé, Jeff Kolba of Rice Lake; her 5 children, Donaven Hogan of Balsam Lake, WI, Andy (Sonya) Hogan of Barron, WI, Jeremy (Nicole) Stokes of Reedsburg, WI, Jason (Tanya) Stokes of Luck, WI and Ashley (Dalton) Vaughn of Rice Lake; 11 grandchildren; a great grandson; 3 brothers; and 2 stepsisters. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kyia Davidson; her father, Walter Hogan; her mother and stepfather, Marie (Robert) Hovland; and a stepsister, Lisa Hallam.

A celebration of her life at the Barron VFW on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 2-6PM.
