Joshua Neal Cagle Age 49, of Rice Lake, WI, died Thursday, April 6, 2023 at his home.

He was born on July 8, 1973 in Rice Lake to Jimmy and Barbara (Anderson) Cagle.

He attended high school in Chetek, WI and worked for Jack Links for many years. Josh enjoyed working on his cars, playing video games and going fishing.

He is survived by 4 children, Jimmy Cagle, Brittany Cagle, Bobbie Sue Cagle and Daisy May Cagle; 2 grandchildren, Kaydyn and Jaremey; mother and stepfather, Barbara and Keith Matthews; a brother, Matt (Jennifer) Cagle; a sister, Sarah O’Donnell (Neal Wininger); a step brother, Jason Matthews; many nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by a son, Jack Cagle; his father, Jimmy Cagle; and a granddaughter, Lindsey.

A private family celebration of his life will be held.

Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake is assisting the family with the arrangements.
