Joshua Lee (JC) Christopherson, age 32, died Thursday, February 14, 2019 at his home in Maplewood, Minnesota.  He was born March 11, 1986 in Barron, WI to David and Lona (Bean) Christopherson.

Josh received his diploma from Barron High School in 2004.  Josh had a passion for agriculture and dairy farming and worked at various farms throughout Barron County.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing with friends.  He had a passion for life and was most proud of his daughter, Annelise.

In recent years, he battled with the diseases of addiction and depression, which ultimately impacted his ability to find peace and courage to keep living.  Josh will be loved and missed by everyone that he ever met and interacted with.

Joshua is survived by his daughter, Annelise Christopherson of Denver, CO; mother, Lona Christopherson of Rice Lake, WI; brothers, Eric (Lori) Christopherson of Lakewood, CO and Christian (Heidi) Christopherson of White Bear Lake, MN; aunt, Lynda Christopherson of Rice Lake, WI; nephews, Ethan and Dylan Christopherson of White Bear Lake, MN, many other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by father, David Christopherson; grandparents, Peck and Pauline Bean and Art and Mae Christopherson.

Services for Josh Christopherson will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at Rausch and Steel Funeral Chapel in Barron with Rev. Ronald Mathews officiating.  Visitation will be from 4:00 until the time of service on Friday at the funeral home.  Private burial will be held in the spring at Wayside Cemetery in Barron.

Arrangements are being handled by Rausch and Steel Funeral Home in Barron.
