Jon Charles Berg Age 45, of Rice Lake, WI, died Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at his home.

He is survived by his father, Richard Berg; a brother, Jarrod Berg; and 2 nieces, Kaitlin Neil and Justine Berg.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Diane Hakes. A Celebration of Life and Graveside Services will be held at a later date in Rice Lake.

Appleyard’s Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI is assisting and serving the family with the arrangements.
