In Memory of John E. Malone


October 31, 1950 - July 31, 2023

t is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of John Malone of Barron Wisconsin, who left us on July 31, 2023.

Born on October 31, 1950, John lived a vibrant and fulfilling life that has left an indelible mark on those who knew him.

John is survived by his dedicated sons Gary Wagner and Robert Malone, his cherished granddaughters, Desiree Wagner, Destiny Faught & adored grandson Dillon Wagner. John's loving sister, Molly Lande (Malone), brothers, Jerry Malone and Willam Malone, while they continue to hold his memory in their hearts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews & great-grandchildren. His legacy will live on through them.

Preceding John in his journey were his loving parents, Earl and Edna Malone (Williams), his caring step-mother, Anna Malone (Heintz), and his siblings, Michael Malone and Kathleen Malone. Their memory was a constant source of strength and inspiration for him.

A Celebration of Life for John will be held on August 19, 2023, at 1:00 PM at The Poskin Town Hall. Friends and relatives are warmly invited to attend and share memories of John's life.

John always possessed a tremendous sense of humor, often bringing joy to others with his jests, perpetually proclaiming, “anything for a laugh, right?” Known for his kindness, love, and generosity, John created an atmosphere of compassion around him. One of his greatest achievements was retiring early and building his dream “log cabin.” He loved his home, his land, and took immense pride in his accomplishment.

John left behind a legacy of kindness and generosity. He always looked after his family, instilling his values of compassion and love in the younger generations. John will be deeply missed by everyone who cared for him, and his memory will continue to inspire us all.
