John M. Anderson Sr., 71, of Cumberland died, December 30, 2020 at Monroe Manor. He was born November 28, 1949 in Cumberland, WI to Harry and Betty (Hanson) Anderson. He was married on October 24, 1981 to DeAnn Dunnom.

John was a loving, compassionate, hardworking man. He loved spending quality time with his family and especially his grandchildren. John was a talented woodworker and enjoyed older cars.

He is survived by his wife, DeAnn; son, John (Renae) Anderson Jr.; daughter, Kristine (Edward) Hoff; grandchildren: Mykayla and Lucas Anderson, Erynn, Matt Jensen, Anthony and Cody Hoff; brothers: Steve (Alice) Anderson, Tom Anderson, and Robert (Debbie) Anderson; and many other family and friends.

John was preceded in death by his son, Harry Anderson III; parents, Harry and Betty Anderson; and sister, Debbie.

Skinner Funeral Home of Cumberland is serving the family.
