JoAnn Jean Erickson, 80, died Friday, September 27, 2019 at Heritage Lakeside. She was born November 23, 1937 in Barron, WI to Lester and Ruth (Homer) Nichols. She was married in Pine City, MN on July 10, 1956 to George Erickson.

She is survived by: her husband, George; 3 children: Robert (Sofia) Erickson of Florida, Mary (Randy) Thoreson Rice Lake, and Rebecca (Willie Johnson) Erickson of Beaver Dam; grandchildren; siblings: Shirley (George) DeMars, Billings, Montana, Donald (Marian) Nichols of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Diane (Daryl) Roberts of Kronnenwetter, Wisconsin; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandson Daniel Thoreson and great grandson, Elijah Erickson.

Celebration for the life of JoAnn Erickson in Jesus Christ will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Skinner Funeral Home - Rice Lake. Burial will be in Wayside Cemetery in Barron. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service.

Skinner Funeral Home of Rice Lake is serving the family.
