In Memory of Jeremy T. Visger


February 26, 1979 - November 26, 2022

Jeremy Thomas Visger, age 43, of Stevens Point, WI, died Saturday, November 26, 2022, at St. Luke’s hospital in Duluth, MN after a long battle with scleroderma.

Jeremy was born in Spooner, WI, on February 26, 1979, to parents Randy and Robbyn (Schultz) Visger.

Jeremy was an amazing athlete and played baseball and football at Northwoods High School before he graduated in 1997. After high school he went on to WITC Rice Lake where he received his associate degree in architectural design. Right after his graduation in 1999, Jeremy got a job at Wausau Homes in Wausau as an architectural designer. After working there for many years, he transitioned to Vizion Design.

Jeremy loved sports, he played bar league softball and coached both football and baseball and very rarely missed one of his son’s games. Jeremy was an incredibly hard worker, especially in the gym. He also enjoyed hunting and ice fishing. Jeremy was a great father and a protective brother.

Jeremy is survived by his children, Addison and Joey Visger; wife, Robin Visger; brothers, Josh (Melissa) Visger and Cole (Jessica) Visger; father, Randy (Mary) Visger; stepchildren, Haley and Caden; nieces and nephews, McKenzie Davies, Brody Visger, Reed Visger, and Josie Visger; aunts and uncles, Den (Nancy) Visger, Wendy Holman, Jimmy (Judy) Schultz, and Kenny Schultz; and many extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Robbyn Visger; grandparents, Norman and Martha Visger, and Jim and Sue Schultz; cousin, Lacy Chambers; nephew, Jack; and uncle, Terry Holman.

A memorial service will be held at the River Church in Minong on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
