Jeremy P. Kosinski, age 35, of Hayward, WI passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023, at his home.

Jeremy Peter Kosinski was born March 26, 1987, in Elk Grove village, IL the son of James and Irene (Firak) Kosinski.

Jeremy was raised in Hanover Park, IL and attended school there. In 2001, his family moved to Hayward, WI where he attended and graduated from Hayward High School in 2005. After graduation he moved to Elgin, IL where he helped care for his nieces. Jeremy returned to Hayward and worked for local establishments. Jeremy enjoyed listening to music, watching horror films, writing creative movie scripts, and going to spend the day at the beach. He also liked to celebrate Halloween and learning about the paranormal. Jeremy will be remembered by his family as fun loving, kindhearted, and selfless.

Jeremy is survived by his parents, Jim and Irene of Hayward; two brothers, Jim Kosinski of Hayward, Jeff (Shannon) Kosinski of Lakemoor, IL; two nieces, Ashley Kosinski and Kayla Harley; uncle, Jay (Dorothy) Firak; and many cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; two aunts and one uncle.

A memorial service will be held for Jeremy at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11th, at the Hayward Funeral Home. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
