In Memory of Jason Wiedrich
Jason Dwight Wiedrich, age 49, of Webster, previously of Hager City, WI, passed away unexpectedly on January 14, 2020.
Jason was born on October 21, 1970, and raised by his parents, Sandra (Watne) and Dwight Wiedrich. He graduated from Ellsworth High School in 1988. Jason was in the United States Army 82nd Airborne and was one of the first two hundred men air dropped in Kuwait during Desert Storm.
Jason enjoyed being outdoors. His love for hunting and fishing is what brought him to the Burnett County area. He truly had a generous heart and was known for his sincere loyalty to those he loved and cared for.
A beloved son, brother, uncle and friend, Jason will be greatly missed.
Jason is survived by his father, Dwight (Lana) Wiedrich; mother, Sandra Wiedrich; sister, Katja Wiedrich; step-sisters, Tarah (Chance) Pyka and Nicole (Matthew) Thomas; nieces and nephews: Gilbert, Genavive, Roman, Scarlett and Silas; and other relatives and dear friends.
The Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 20, 2020, at 2:00pm (visitation from 12:00-2:00pm) at Svea Lutheran Church, N2610 770th St, in Hager City, WI. A time of fellowship will follow at Bluff’s Bar & Grill. Interment to be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at 11:45am, with full military honors, at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN.
