James “Jim” Richard Wonka, 75, of Georgetown Township, passed away at his home on Friday, October 13, 2023, with his wife Susan at his side.

Jim was born on June 26, 1948, in Frederic, Wisconsin, the son of Frank and Ruth (Sandberg) Wonka.

Jim leaves to celebrate his memory, his wife, Susan Wonka, Georgetown, daughter, Terri (Troy) Schmit, Star Prairie, WI; son, Todd Wonka (Chella) Vadnais Heights, MN; grandchildren, Eve and Kyle Schmit and Brennen Wonka, sisters, Judy (Bill) Schnur, Balsam Lake, WI; Janis (Dale) Federer, Moundsview, MN; sister-in-law, Shirley Chartrand and her husband, Chuck Stewart, River Falls, WI, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Jim was preceded by his parents, Frank and Ruth Wonka, and brother, Jerome Wonka.

A Celebration of Life/Visitation for Jim will be held at the Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Centuria, from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
