Jacqueline A. Vallem, age 64, of Hayward, WI passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024, at United Hospital-Allina Health in St. Paul, MN.

Jacqueline Ann was born April 11, 1959, in Detroit, MI the daughter of James and Virginia (Werner) Connors In her youth she worked and traveled with a carnival where she sold tickets and helped with the rides. While in Arizona, Jacqueline met Paul Vallem. Jacqueline and Paul moved to Hayward, WI and were married on February 1, 2019. They purchased their home on the Namekagon River in Hayward where Jacqueline enjoyed swimming and time around the campfire with her family and friends. She was also an avid reader of Stephen King novels.

Jacqueline is survived by her husband, Paul; son, Raymond Vallem of Hayward, WI; stepson, Jason Vallem; her children and her sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of Jacqueline’s life will be held the summer on the Namekagon River on a date to be announced.
