Herbert Michael Turner, age 51, of Weyerhaeuser, WI, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, WI.  He was born on January 31, 1968 in Ladysmith, WI, the son of Herbert and Arlene (Dye) Turner.

Herbert had a wonderful sense of humor, often very sarcastic and never shied away from a good joke even at his own expense.  He proudly self-professed as being a renegade outlaw and had a deep love for his country.  He loved the outdoors of Northern Wisconsin and enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and taking walks in the woods.  He liked to sit in a lawn chair and hang out with his family and friends.  Herbert also enjoyed playing pool and was a huge Green Bay Packers fan. 

He is survived by his children, Kylie (Sam) Revak of Carmel, IN and Briana (Dylan) Carey of Barron, WI; his grandchildren, Jolie and Bodhi Revak, Jackson Carey and was eagerly awaiting two grandbabies on the way; his parents, Herbert and Arlene Turner of Radisson, WI; his siblings, Barry (Patty Jelinski) Turner of Bruce, WI, Robin (Randy) Gutowski of Radisson, WI, and Kimberly (Duane) Mansky of Exeland, WI, his grandmother, June Dye of Radisson, WI; his uncle, Robert Dye of Spooner, WI; his aunts, Mary Timmerman of Davenport, IA and Nancy (Earl) Pate of Eagle, NE and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, James Dye; his grandparents, Herbert and Arletta (Falk) Turner; and a nephew, Austin Mansky.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, April 29, 2019 at Hayward Funeral Home, 15571 W. County Highway B in Hayward, where visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service.  Pastor Gary Hilgendorf will officiate.  Interment will follow in Radisson Cemetery.
