In 1977 they moved to McKinley and once again she found work, this time as parish secretary for Trinity and Georgetown Lutheran Churches.

Helen loved to garden, knit, crochet, walk in the woods, hunt and fish. Over the years she served as a 4-H leader, Little League coach, secretary and treasurer for three churches and mother to three wonderful children.

She is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Alan) Meester of Plymouth, MN; sons, Scott (Julie Latterell) Dickinson of Spring Valley, WI, and Tracy Dickinson of Fraser, CO; 4 grandchildren; and sister, Arlene Ambrosch of Frederic.
