In Memory of Gloria Escoto
Gloria Espinosa Escoto, age 78, of Barron, passed away peacefully with her daughter at her side on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
On April 15, 1960, she married Pacifio Escoto, who was a WWII Veteran who served 33 years for the U.S. and Philippine Governments.
Gloria worked at Jennie-O Turkey Store. She enjoyed traveling and cooking. She loved her children and grandchildren and talking with family and friends. She enjoyed listening to her daughter sing to her.
Gloria is survived by her children, Cynthia (Darald) Rosen, Honorata (Tuanor Blount) Escoto, Julius (LeAnne) Escoto, Benigno (Flor) Escoto, Dorina (Robert) Manning, Narcissa Escoto, Aurea (John) Ledbetter, Emerson, Ligaya, Edsel, Eloisa, Salvacion, Thelma, Danilo and Normita; many grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; sisters, Elyson Monroe, Presing Maglanoc and Beth Tozer.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and 2 sons, 1 daughter, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Funeral services for Gloria Escoto will be held on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Rausch and Steel Funeral Chapel in Barron with Rev. Rome Santos officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home one hour prior to the services on Thursday morning. Burial will be at West Akers Lutheran Cemetery in the Town of New Haven, Dunn County.
Arrangements are being handled by Rausch and Steel Funeral Home in Barron.
